  • Patient Assistance & Inquiries: Address patient questions and concerns related to appointments, medical procedures, billing, insurance, and general healthcare services. Provide clear, empathetic support and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Appointment Scheduling & Coordination: Help patients schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments with healthcare providers. Ensure that appointments are aligned with patient needs and provider availability.

  • Record Keeping & Confidentiality: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all communications and updates are logged into the system. Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
