Winston Riley
CEO/Founder
Winston grew up in the suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri, and enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1972 during the Vietnam War. After serving three years as a mortar gunner and later as a legal clerk, he immediately transitioned into business. With nearly 50 years of experience, he has held leadership positions in sales and marketing across various industries, including food, health and exercise, art distribution, and most recently as the Founder of the U.S. Solar Coalition.
Sheri Santos
Executive Vice President Of Operations
Sheri has a strong background in customer service, sales, data analysis, and management. Having worked internationally and as a certified Mental Health First Aider, she understands the importance of mental well-being, especially for remote teams, fostering a supportive environment where both clients and employees thrive.

Princess Bhea Mharrie F. Dadivas
Director of Administrative Affairs
Administrative Specialist Bhea has a strong background in accounting and business management. She previously worked in the BPO industry as a healthcare technical assistant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Manila, Philippines. Her strengths include social media marketing, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving. An accomplished athlete and basketball champion, she channels her competitive spirit and strategic mindset to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Ralph Mba Essa
Business Development Supervisor
Ralph grew up in Gabon, Africa, and is a self-taught artist, architectural engineer, and entrepreneur. He serves as Account Supervisor and system designer for our Manila office and is a key member of the executive team, applying his creative and technical expertise. In addition to his work with the Healthcare Division, he is the Chief Operations Officer for our Architectural Engineering Department.
