  • Appointment Scheduling & Confirmation: Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments with healthcare providers. Confirm upcoming appointments and send reminders to reduce no-show rates and improve overall scheduling efficiency.

  • Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Accurately document patient information, appointment details, and inquiries in the system. Ensure all records are up-to-date, confidential, and comply with healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA).
